At Mindful Motion Physical Therapy (MMPT), our mission is simple and clear:

First and foremost, we aim to help those with persistent and nagging pain reclaim their health, regain control of their lives, and achieve their goals by finding the root cause, changing habits, and listening to the person in front of us.
We also want to connect as many healthcare and wellness practitioners to each other as possible, and we see you as an integral part of this community. Together, we can foster a holistic and meaningful environment dedicated to helping those around us, each contributing what we have to offer.
Finally, MMPT is dedicated to teaching people about the intricacies of pain and why it persists in one's body. Research shows that if we know more about pain, we can significantly impact the intensity and duration of pain symptoms. We host workshops, provide online handouts, and have created an entire program for just this reason.

Chris Voirin
PT, DPT, TPS
Chris Voirin is the founder of Mindful Motion Physical Therapy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Marquette University. With these degrees and his certification as a Therapeutic Pain Specialist, he combines extensive professional expertise with a profound personal commitment to meditation practice. This unique blend of scientific knowledge and mindfulness equips him to address a wide spectrum of wellness needs with depth and compassion. When he's not treating, Chris enjoys spending time with his nephews, shooting street photography, playing basketball, and cooking.
