Service Description

The first step in your rehabilitation process, this 1-1.5 hour evaluation session will be comprehensive and individualized to your needs. Through identification of possible deficits in strength and flexibility, conversations about your goals, wants, and needs, and getting to know one another, we will formulate a plan that fits you. This session will mark the beginning of a team-based approach to achieve your goals.
